Appointment & Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing to book with me! A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your appointment. This fee will be applied toward your service total. • If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. With sufficient notice, your booking fee may be transferred one time to a new appointment date. • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the booking fee. • A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. • Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and the booking fee may be forfeited.
